Content Strategy Reports consist of all of the elements I’ve been focusing on over the past few weeks. This includes content auditing, competitive analysis, content design, and more. HealthReach: Community Health Centers is an organization that offers complete medical and healthcare services for families in rural Central and Western Maine. Last week, I discussed how I was working on content design plans for HealthReach. Now, I have put it all together into a report.

HealthReach’s Content Strategy

HealthReach wants to rebrand its website in order to align with the organization’s goals and to create a user-friendly experience for its patients. I examined the goals listed in their RFP, a request for proposal, and got to work. Once I analyzed what HealthReach is already doing on its site, I took a look at two of its competitors, Healthfinder and New York State of Health. After I noted what their competitors are doing well and not so well, I was able to determine what HealthReach can do to improve. Along with taking into account their competitors, I ensured that the strategy aligned with the goals they had laid out. For example, they wanted their patients and future patients to have a clear understanding of what services and programs are offered, what locations are available, and where on the website they should navigate to in order to get the information they need. The report I created outlines how my content design plans relate to their goals. To see the full report, click below.
